Detroit's Sugar Hill Neighborhood in Midtown gets $1.3 Million!

The gist of the story is, several art locations in midtown Detroit received grant money to create or improve their spaces from ArtPlace.  MOCAD (Museum of Contemporary Arts Detroit) will receive $350,000 for building imporvements.  I think they are planning some windows on Woodward and revamping their cafe.
