MOCAD (Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit) & The Family Hootenanny present a special HOLIDAY HOOTENANNY!


The third annual Family Hootenany is a gathering of kids and their grownups brought together for the express purpose of singing, stomping, shouting, strumming, and taking part in silliness.  


This year, MOCAD will be leading holiday craft workshops, making fun and creative musical instruments from recycled everyday materials.  All materials are provided free of charge.

Minigrants in Macomb & St. Clair Counties

THIS IS ONLY FOR NON-PROFIT GROUPS.  THEY ARE NOT OFFERING THE MINI GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS.  


The Anton Art Center on behalf of the Michigan Council for the Arts & Cultural Affairs, is now accepting applications for minigrants up to $4,000 to help fund arts and cultural projects occuring March 1-September 30, 2012 in Macomb and St. Clair Counties.
Schools, towns, churches, civic groups, art groups, libraries, and non-profits - check it out! Application Deadline is January 31, 2012
